Info! The needle size is just a recommendation. To achieve the given measurements, I recommend that you first knit a gauge swatch. It is important to determine the correct needle size for the correct measurements. If you knit tighter/ more loosely, go down/ up a needle size. The shirt is worked top down in rounds on a circular needle with 1 thread ISAGER Alpaca 1 and 1 thread VESLE. If you want to knit a longer/ shorter shirt, adjust the length by starting with the hems after/ before the stated centimetre (remember that the total amount of yarn will change). When changing the length of the shirt, remember the de- and increases along the body’s sides. The SunsetJumper 2.0 is designed waisted/ with de- and increases along the body’s sides. Therefore, the waist circumference is slimmer than the chest circumference. Towards the hem, you then work increases again. You can easily try on the shirt while knitting, by placing all stitches on 2 circular needles. This makes it easier to see the placement of the increases and decreases on the sides, as well as the desired length. The round’s beginning is placed at the back piece at the right shoulder. The sleeves are finished with a decorative border of knit stitches. This border is folded to the shirt’s wrong side and all stitches are cast off with a crochet hook. You might as well finish the sleeves with a ribbing.
