Pattern for Luzzi Sweater 2.0 - English pattern
This sweater is inspired by a sweater I knitted in the -80s and I think it's fun to be able to knit it again now. It's called Luzzi Sweater, because there are many "luzzies" = lice on it. I have chosen to knit it with four different pattern colors. The yarn I have chosen to use is TYKK VILJA from Solberg Spinderi - 100 meters per 50 grams. Yarn Weight Bulky. The yarn is 100% organic wool, and it`s so soft.
In this pattern you also get the pattern for LuzziSokker 2.0 / LuzziSocks 2.0
Luzzi Sweater 2.0 is pictured in size medium and in main color white 1002, pattern color 1 peach number 4740, pattern color 3 curry number 2664, pattern color 4 sea green number 7042.

Gauge: 17 stitches x 21 rows in LuzziPattern in stockinette stitch, chart A1 on needle 6 mm – approx. 10 cm x 10 cm. The needle size is just a reference. Use the needle size with which you obtain the indicated gauge swatch.
Info! The needle size is a just a recommendation. To achieve the given measurements, I recommend that you first knit a gauge swatch. It is important to determine the correct needle size for the correct measurements. If you knit tighter/ more loosely, go down/ up a needle size. The sweater’s body is worked in stockinette stitch in rounds on a circular needle. Once the body has been divided into front and back piece, they are finished flat on the circular needle. Each thread of the contrast colour has to be cut at the end of the row. Weave in ends on ws, once the sweater is finished. You might as well knot the ends before weaving them in. The sweater is worked with 1 thread TYKK VILJA by SOLBERG SPINDERI. If you want to work a longer/ shorter sweater than stated here, remember to check the total amount of yarn. When working the sleeves first, you can better check where to divide for the armhole openings, as well as for front and back piece.
